A Honeymoon Safari Vacation in Lovely Zambia – Be Close to the Hippos

Zambia is a magnificent place, the large open fields teaming with animals and one of the lowest population ratios in the continent. Southern Africa has some of the most amazing natural scenery in Africa, the elegant blend of unmarked fields, forests and swamps makes the full land come to life. Not only may you be graced at the countryside, one will additionally be delighted at the superb lakes and springs. A real heaven on earth. Visit the South Luangwa National Park through Kaingo and see the wildlife upclose.

In Southern Africa you yourself will be able to see the finest waterfall of all, the Victoria Falls. This great waterfall has been a location for innumerable wildlife with lots of big cats and elephants coming to enjoy the cool waters that run here. Furthermore make sure you view the snakes and hippos around the Zambezi River, and remember to bring a tour guide as the river will probably be a bit rough. you yourself may also wish to book a photography tour in South Luangwa National Park & get near with the diverse wildlife. On a driving tour you yourself will see elephants & very rare wild dogs. If one are lucky enough one should see a heard of elephants with their young. The ability to be so close with these impressive animals is amazing.

Places to stay in Zambia could range from five star chain hotels right through to outside shelters without any radios. Whichever accommodation type you select one will be sure of a stunning time.

Tracking For Profits

If you can’t track it, don’t do it.

Every high-performance venture needs a tracking system. A tracking system with well-designed metrics lets everyone know how well they are doing relative to their commitments. It is a guide to whether additional or extraordinary actions need to be taken.

It is one of the first things I set up with my business coaching clients because without a clear set of objective metrics it is hard for people to be clear about their results.

Establish intentions for your project, figure out the critical success factors, determine suitable measurements for each, and set performance targets for those measures.

For example, say your intention is to increase market penetration. The measure is your venture’s sales divided by total sales in your market. Perhaps your current market share is 10% — good, you have a benchmark, and your new target is 25% by the end of the year.

That’s objective, measurable, and thus… achievable.

Make someone accountable for your project’s performance against each target.

Establish a timely tracking system for each metric, which easily gathers the necessary data.

Develop periodic interim performance targets, and a reporting structure to let everyone involved know how they are doing.

Your performance tracking systems can be kept with pen and paper, or they can be automated on your computer system. However you implement them, keep it simple and don’t let the overhead of your tracking system become a burden of any kind.

Below is a very simple system I used to keep track of my page output while writing Faster Than The Speed of Change. It was kept on a computer spreadsheet, but could just as easily been pencil on graph paper. Whenever I was below the line I had catching up to do.

Start with 0 in the lower left corner, write units of measurement along the left axis, and dates of measurement along the bottom. Draw a straight reference line from 0 to your goal, and plot your performance against that goal. Of course the reference line need not be straight; set it up in whatever way reflects the time-relationship of your goals.

How Blogs can be Optimized for Search Engines

Blogs are indexed fast by search engines. Opinions about the reasons why vary at the moment but I compare blogs with websites and blog posts with webpages.

So, in order to score high in the search engines, this is what you should do.

1. Optimize your blog post. Every blog post has to be about one and only one (sub)topic. In that post you should target only one keyword and repeat that keyword several times in the body. You can sprinkle a secondary keyword throughout the text as well, but focus on your primary one. Also that keyword should definitely be in the title of your post. And if you use headers, put it in there too.

When writing your posts you always want to present valuable information to your readers while at the same time you want to satisfy the search engines for a certain keyword. Many blog posts are a personal opinion written from the heart, so sometimes that’s a dilemma. Here’s a little trick I use.

I just write my post in a text editor (I use Textpad (http://www.textpad.com/), easy to use, fast splitting of wrapped lines). I then save the post on my hard disk and fire up my tiny little free Keyword Extractor (http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/keyex.htm). That tool immediately shows you which words you have used most. And that will often help to decide which keywords to use. On the other hand, written from the heart is often what searches want to find. So don’t overdo it. Use this as a tool.

2. Use links in your blogs. If you use a link in your post, add your primary keyword to the anchor text. You can also turn that the other way around. See if you can find a valuable link for your primary keyword and then link to it. Here’s why.

By their nature, blogs actually are simple text content directories. The blog software only let’s you manage that content. Since most blog posts use text links the anchor text is very important. That’s why you should include your keywords in them.

3. Very carefully select your blog categories. This strongly depends on the blogging software you use, but at some point your posts will get archived into categories. This is a very powerful feature, because it’s like having a subdirectory or a subdomain on your website containing text about the same (sub)topic. You therefore should select your categories carefully.

They should be closely related to eachother. There’s a natural tendency to keep adding categories as you write new posts about other topics, but don’t go overboard. It’s sometimes better to start a new blog than keep adding categories.

4. Define your blog theme. This is a bit vague, because it shouldn’t be too broad or too narrow. It’s very difficult to outline the borders here, but you can use the number of categories as a rule of thumb. You see, you can’t cover all topics in one blog. So if you’re about to add a new category that is somewhat unrelated, think about it. Maybe it’s just better to start a new blog.

5. Link your blog to your websites v.v. People often forget that it’s the linking that makes the Internet work. Linking all your sites, even the free ones, together can boost your link popularity. Since blogs are a lot of fun you sometimes forget to link to and from them. Don’t let this happen to you.

At the bottom of every page on www.AnOwnSite.com you can see the sites I operate. And yes, they link to eachother.

Also do not forget to link from your blog to some important pages of your own site containing valuable information. Blogging is quite anonymous and that’s certainly the case with the feeds involved. You don’t know who’s reading your post in a feed reader. When you have links in it pointing to your site that can boost your traffic!

6. Make comments in other blogs Since blogs and blog posts are picked up really fast by search engines you can profit from this by adding your comments to other people’s blogs. It’s the natural way of exchanging links in the blog world. Posting useful and relevant comments frequently also brands you as an expert!

7. Provoke comments Blogs are great to express personal opinions. As long as you do not bash anyone and keep everything decent you can write provoking posts to stimulate your readers to post their feelings. Another way to achieve that is just ask. How about this one: Are Free Traffic Exchanges Valuable (http://www.affordable-internet-marketing.com/index.php?p=30)?

As stated above, blogs by nature are just text content directories. Posts are often about only one detail of a topic. A lot of text, less HTML and no fancy gimmicks. And for the most part the links from and to such posts are natural, sincere and very relevant. Combine that with the frequently changing content and there you may have the reason that search engines love blogs and index them fast.

So, what are you waiting for. Get your own blog. Post often and use the guidelines above to optimize them.

That’s it for today.
Wish you success.

Video Poker – What You Should Know in Regards to It All

The distress involved in visiting a brick and mortar real life gambler’s den makes it recommendable not to go there altogether. Here, you won’t have to abandon your desk for online video poker etc for the simple reason that everything can be done from within your domestic environment if you possess a fully functional computer and broadband Internet access. Then again, before getting all worked up, there’s quite a few recommendations that you must fully understand regarding online video poker etc, all the more if you are still green.

Enjoy live free online casino games games at top online venues!

The first thing that a well informed virtual high roller like yours truly definitely must check out is an online video poker etc Web page of the type capable of offering the best odds. Make sure the online video poker etc Web page has a tie-up with a bona fide auditor so as to assess the official wagers pay-out odds in a monthly manner. Always be sure to make certain the virtual poker etc Web page is verifiably licensed, e.g. by investigating the ministerial approbation on the casino site’s About page. Should you fail to ferret out any ministerial approbation on your selected virtual poker etc Web page, don’t remotely think of venturing at that place.

Furthermore, another consequential bit of advice could be to lay your bets at first in trivial amounts in lieu of drain large amounts of money straightaway. Finally, here is another word of wisdom regarding virtual roulette. It is bound to be to always call to mind that all kinds of gambling casinos should merely be concerned with having fun and not about big dollars. Wagering isn’t a career, rather, it is a hobby that ought to let you feel lighthearted and living amusing. Blogging Versus Email Newletters – Do You Need Them Both?

After you have clicked on the article link and before the text is fetched, you probably think — “What Do I think about this one?” You must have an opinion even though the issue (of blogging) is still fresh.

I would say; you need only one of them, if not neither.

You need an email newsletter in the case where you think that relationship management is a must for you business. This story didn’t change much. With a newsletter you are able to give prospects and clients valuable information that is not otherwise available. The newsletter should continue news, but also updates and other product information or discounts. Success stories may be included, etc, etc.

With a newsletter you show your public that you are still around. The frequency per issue may vary, but the credibility will increase when this frequency is constant. This requires hard work, and only liable companies are able to do this. This is why most people buy (on the internet); ninety percent out of trust.

If sales is not your first business priority, than you do not need an email newsletter. There are so many other specialized direct marketing companies and focused companies that you should better link to. And you do not even have to write them a letter, you ought to convince them that your service or product is a win for both.

If sales is not your first priority than you can do without a weblog too. There is no need for a weblog, other than that it is just fancy. Choose for one, if you think it will help your business.

Are Promotional Gifts a Waste of Money?

Why spend money on promotional gifts in the first place?

Well, promotional gifts are an effective way to attract new clients to your firm or company. Believe me, the benefits are very rewarding. For example if you are giving a sales pitch to a group of potential clients; if they beforehand have received a promotional gift then they are more responsive to your attempt for a sale. Now, there are both internal gifts and external gifts. Internal gifts are for staff in your company; and external gifts are for people outside your company. Internal gifts can do wonders for moral and loyalty, but when it comes to gaining clients and additional business, the external gifts are a must.

What kind of promotional gift should you buy?

When talking about external gifts, you should focus on your potential new client or more accurate the person that you have to deal with. The buyer is not always the owner of the company he or she represents. That person has an agenda for dealing with you. Find out what it is. Why is he or she interested in your company, and what benefit can he or she gain from doing business with you? What products or features are they looking for? Choose a gift that fits his or hers agenda. Knowing your buyer is the key to picking the right promotional gift.

How expensive a promotional gift should you get?

Your company gifts should be relative in value to your expected profit from your new clients. For example: if you build houses, then a pen would be of to little value compared to what profit a new client would payoff. Free floors or carpet in the house would be a better choice; and for a potential new client it would be of huge value.

Final word on promotional gifts.

I think the benefits for you are reflected in this article. Choose your gifts wisely, and cash in on the impact it will have for your business.

Independent Professionals: Stop Marketing (to Everyone) Get a Niche!

Why Do You Need a Niche?

Your services could help just about anyone, so why would you want to narrow your market and possibly miss out on opportunities for more business? It just doesn’t seem to make any sense, right?

Wrong! The truth is when you hone in on a specific market you’ll notice that business actually increases. Why?

Here’s 3 Good Reasons:

1. You’re able to reach your prospects faster and easier. “Casting your net to see what you get” is actually very costly and yields very little results. When you have a niche, you know exactly who your potential clients are, what they want, and where to find them.

2. People start talking about you (in a good way). When you focus on serving a narrow niche, you’re quickly viewed as an expert. Your name spreads like wildfire and referrals naturally happen.

3. Your services become more sought after. It’s a fact that as you become known as an expert or specialist in your field, the perceived value of your services significantly increases. You begin appealing to a much higher caliber clientele; one that appreciates your work, pays your fees without question, and happily passes your name on to their family and friends.

Take Action!

Stop wasting your precious time, money, and energy by marketing to everyone under the sun.

Begin to focus your marketing. Grab a pen and a sheet of paper and begin to write an outline for your ideal client. Include occupation, income, age, sex, and geographic location if it’s applicable to your business. (Don’t forget to include things like “punctual, pays on time, respects and values your work, etc.).

Next, write down the common challenge or struggle that all these folks seem to share — along with the solution your particular services provide for them.

Creating your ideal client profile is foundational piece in marketing your service business -don’t spend another dollar on marketing until you’ve completed this crucial step. Once you have this information on hand you can use it to create compelling marketing materials that will truly “speak” to your prospects.

Baby Advice – Separating Truth From Fiction

New mothers get a ton of advice. Total strangers will walk up to you and give you their opinions on how to get rid of that cradle cap. Your mother-in-law will look at you with disapproving eyes and tell you that she had your husband sleeping through the night when he was two weeks old. Your next door neighbor will have an amusing anecdote about how a teaspoon of Jack Daniels absolutely cured her kids’ teething issues.

Don’t despair. It won’t last forever. And, there are days, I’m sure, when you would welcome some good advice. But how do you sort out the good advice from the, well, crap? It’s not easy, let me tell you. But, here are a couple of good places to go when you’re in need of help.

First of all, before you take advice from someone, consider what kind of mother you think they are, or were. If your girlfriend is the best mom you know, and she has considerably more experience than you, then her advice is probably going to be helpful. But, if your neighbor’s kids grew up to be alcoholics, her advice about the Jack Daniels on the gums might be circumspect. You see where I’m going with this. The advice is only good advice for you if you really feel comfortable using the technique on your baby. Every baby is different, and so is every Mom, so the advice is not one size fits all.

In addition to a Mom whom you trust, your pediatrician is a good person to ask for advice. When I was a first time Mom, I called my pediatrician’s office three times a week for some sort of help, and they never once acted like I was a pain in the neck, even though I’m quite certain that I must have been. They can help you with all sorts of questions, and they can help reassure you that everything is ok, which, sometimes is all you need.

Another good source of advice is baby care books and websites. Many of the most common questions are answered in these formats, and they are available whenever you need them.

Finally, trust your instincts. Even if you’re a first time Mom, you probably know what’s best for your baby, because you know your baby best. A little advice never hurt anybody, but a little faith in yourself works wonders, too.

The #1 Secret to Money Making Success

I’m about to share with you the common thread that ties together all successful entrepreneurs. This single trait launched the businesses of Microsoft, Intel, Hershey, JP Morgan, Amazon.com, Nike and so many others. It’s not anything you’ll be taught in Business School, it has nothing to do with accounting, and it doesn’t even have anything to do with what you’re selling or how you’re selling it. I’ll sum it up in two words:
GET STARTED!

That’s it! It’s laughable at first, but the more you think about it, the more it makes sense. It’s the missing “million dollar” idea, hiding in plain sight. We hear variations of this all the time: A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Think back to your first writing classes in school. How were we taught to write a paper? First we start with a basic outline – that’s our money-making idea, whatever it may be. Next, we make a rough draft – that’s right, we start working on something that we know for a fact will be imperfect. Finally, we use our rough-draft as a basis to begin revisions, eventually ending up with a final draft, the “perfect” version.

Planning for tomorrow is a sound business strategy. It’s good to spend time thinking about the future, and how to handle the challenges it will bring. But, if we want to succeed, we must create the future by taking action today. We can’t possibly predict everything that might happen once we start doing business. Microsoft started out selling programming software. After a few years, an opportunity presented itself to sell a computer Operating System to IBM, and they took it. The result was MS-DOS (which they didn’t even create themselves, they bought it from someone else when they saw how much money they could make!), followed by Windows; quite possibly one of the most lucrative products ever. If Bill Gates and Paul Allen, the founders of Microsoft, had sat on the sidelines of the growing computer industry thinking “programming software is an OK idea, but it’s not perfect, there really isn’t a big enough market for it…we need something better”, would they be where they are today? Would IBM have given them that golden opportunity? Not likely.

Did Michelangelo’s sculpture of David emerge from a single tap of a chisel upon a block of marble? No, it took Michelangelo over 3 years of effort to release his masterpiece from the stone, one tiny chip of marble at a time. It probably wasn’t very pretty after only 1 month, or even a year. But years of careful improvement resulted in a classic work of art.

I hope I’ve made my point. Do something. Do anything! If you do something, and the result isn’t what you wanted, what’s the worst that could happen? You either have something to improve upon, or you have a very good idea of an approach that doesn’t work (think of it as addition by subtraction…the process of elimination). Either way, you’re one step closer to success than you were before you started.

Go for it! Give it a shot! Your financial success is waiting for you, go and get it! Get Started Today!

Good Luck!
Jeff
