Chamonix is a beautiful alpine town with the famous Monte Bianco and jagged glaciers. We love to go snowboarding or from time to time eating out. I usually get a flight from Tucson and stay at a Chamonix lodge for the duration of my vacation.

However in Chamonix village the guesthouse is invariably brilliant. Moreover dining out in my number one restaurant, Fujiyama Steak House of Japan, munching knott’s berry farm steak house beef stew is a treat. Chamonix Mont Blanc is a large enough destination to make sure that there is plenty for the visitor to do. Amongst other things it includes a beauty salon and a plethora of shops, Chamonix offers a choice of climbing, French charm and sightseeing which not many French ski resorts can hope to rival.
