This February is host to a diverse amount of events; the most famous of the 2 are at absolutely various ends of the spectrum, the Capitals Fashion Week and The Brit Awards 2009

Both are massively celebrated & have happened to become somewhat of institution & consistently annual occurrence.

London’s 2009 Fashion Week takes place in Manhattan, Milan and Paris, the most designer and appreciated capital cities in the entire world. The first initial Fashion Week was held in NYC, in 1943 and was held proposed to draw attention away from France Fashion during World War 2 when fashion trends professionals were allowed to travel to France to Catch the Paris Fashion shows. The long anticipated stunning Fashion Week always takes place in February, it can be in basic terms an opportunity for artistic designers both well known names like Issa & up & coming less experienced designers to exhibit their own latest collections assortments on the runway. This then gives brand and store buyers an opening to take note of what is beyond a doubt to be in demand this coming new season. Fashion Week begins with NYC, Fashion Week followed by London’s Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week & then lastly Paris Fashion Week.

The British Phonographic Industry also known as The Brit Awards is the once a year pop music awards. The awards went on the go in 1977 and took place in the Royal Albert Hall in London The awards ceremony in the beginning aired on BBC 1 it is currently now shown on ITV. They are observed by millions & hundreds of music lovers every year & are also screened live every year. 2009’s Brit Awards are as always assured to be extraordinary & with famous performers such as Kings of Leon, Duffy & Girls Aloud performing your guaranteed to be in for extraordinary evening, and what is great to know is that it wont stop there though. This years 2009 Brit Awards Presenters are the witty Gavin and Stacey’s, James Corden and Mathew Horne and the amazing Kylie Minogue so you are certain to be in for a laugh too.
